You need to be ON 👏 YOUR 👏 GAME 👏 100% of the time.

How, exactly, do you offer a 5-star experience for your clients?

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My biggest piece of advice is to set clear expectations from the very start of your partnership.

👉 You and your client are coming to the partnership with perceived expectations. But if you don’t communicate them upfront, then you’re moving forward totally out of sync.

Avoid this by replacing assumptions with expectations. A clear scope of work, a clear contract and educating your client on HOW to work with you are clutch.

Shocker I know (I kid!).

While most people shudder at the thought of sales, I am the COMPLETE opposite. I 💓 SALES!!

Why? Because I’ve figured out the secret “sales” sauce that helps me create genuine connections with my ideal audience.

My top 3 sales secrets:
🤫 #1: First impressions are VERY important, and they can be found everywhere (on social media, your website, at book club, you name it).
🤫 #2: Successfully landing a new client lies in mastering sales calls.
🤫 #3: Referrals are your best (and often FREE) marketing technique.
